We provide professional civil engineering and construction services for projects of various sizes, from site preparation and foundations through to structural and infrastructure works.
On the site programme
We join a site as a package subcontractor and work to the programme set by the principal contractor. The package begins with setting out and site clearance, then moves through excavation, drainage and the structures that sit below the finished level. Each stage is booked against the wider programme so following trades can start when the ground is ready.
We set out from the issued drawings and work to the levels and dimensions they carry. Levels, positions and materials are checked as the work proceeds and again before each stage is covered or built over. Records and as-built information are passed to the site team so the next trade can take over a known position.
