Commercial Construction
We undertake commercial construction works and work alongside developers, principal contractors and other construction industry professionals to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
Alongside the trades
On commercial sites we take a defined package and fit it around the work of the other trades on site. Scope, access and sequence are agreed before we start, then reviewed at site meetings as the programme moves. We plan our labour and deliveries around the access we are given and the areas released to us.
We work to the drawings and specification issued for the package and raise queries in writing before the work is built. Completed sections are inspected with the site management team and signed off before follow-on trades take the area. We leave the area clean and pass on the information the site team needs for its records.
